i would like to take this opportunity to apologize for my lack of posting. we have been extremely busy between work, eli, and moving. so please forgive me for not posting anything sooner. we will try to get better about keeping up with things from now on. enjoy!

finally, more photos of our cute little one. i tell ya'...he gets bigger and cuter every day. we are blessed to have such a fun, energetic, entertaining, happy little one like eli. he truly gets more fun every day. the crawling just wasn't enough for him...so now he is working on getting this standing thing down. he pulls himself up on just about everything. oh...woahs me!

i apologize for it taking me so long to update the blog...things have been crazy here. working, taking care of eli, and packing up to move...it is nuts around this place. enjoy the new photos.

ahhhh...it is that time of year again here in good 'ol ohio. fall. and the leaves sure are doing their part. eli was hanging out in the backyard with daddy watching him do all the work...so i thought what a great time to catch some good photos.

little helper

my niece, grace, came over for an afternoon...what a big helper! she loved bringing eli toys, pacifiers, and even holding his bottle for him. it was too cute! everytime i would put eli in his floor nanny (the big pillow) she would tell me, "i sit" and sit or lay down next to eli. these two will definitely be close buddies!

eli dressed up as darth vader for the smiths' pumpkin carving party. eli wanted to know where his daughter princess leigh was????...sleeping like a little angel...a photo of the two together will happen sooner or later...just maybe not by halloween.

eli is mastering sitting up on his own. he still has some practicing to do
but he definitely is getting better minute by minute.

chris runs the marathon

chris aka "magnum" ran the columbus marathon this past weekend and finished quite well. he gained a few minutes compared to his last year's time but i guess that is what happens when you turn 30! good job chris! thank god you can shave that thing off now.
