eli loved being able to look out and see everything around him.

birthday girl, grace (eli's cousin)! she had a blast just hanging around all day.




eli had a blast too getting to hang out with the family. he's getting spoiled already. everyone just can't get enough of him. (alittle secret...we can't either!) 

i'm getting to be a big boy

look uncle chris...i can ride without my seat. eli loves the new view and it is a lot cooler to ride this way. he truly is getting to be a big boy. next trick...facing outward in the bjorn with daddy. eli can't wait!

i just went in to check on eli and here is what i saw. he is just happy as a clam keeping himself company. no crying just playing. now nap eli! 

out for the morning walk

instead of out of a lamb at nap/bedtimes. 

your daily fix

i know that it has been a day or so since i posted any pics...so i took these especially for all of you. this was eli tonight at bedtime. he fell asleep while nursing but woke up soon after being put to bed. imagine that! i am now awaiting him to doze off into bedtime bliss. we will see how long that takes. wish him sweet dreams!

kyle was a natural holding and playing with eli. good thing. kyle and his wife, karen, are due in ~one month. get ready to have some fun! we wish them the best of luck on their delivery. keep your eye out for a picture of their little one to appear.

eli is really beginning to roll and hold his head up at a 45 degree angle. he really knows how to get around by rolling, scooting and squirming. he's going to be mobile here real soon.

whoops! we forgot to take our camera with us this morning to have breakfast with grandma ray. we would have had a few really cute pictures, but blame mommy's lack of adequate sleep on this one. next time! you all will just have to use your wonderful imaginations to think of what these photos would have looked like. imagine...northstar cafe...cute little eli...gorgeous grandma...fabulous looking parents...ricotta pancakes with fresh bananas...and of course coffee. do you see it? good! again...sincerest apologies for not capturing this one to post.
