we took an evening to see wicked at the oriental theatre. great show! none of us will look at the wizard of oz the same ever again.

more gw in chi-town
we tried to go to this restaurant, vermilion, several times and had issues with when it was open b/c it closes between lunch and dinner on weekdays and is only open for dinner on weekends, but finally on the third try we lucked out. it was a great indian-latino fusion flavor with great atmosphere. we definitely enjoyed the non-alcoholic cocktails.
with sudipa's assistance we tried a deliciously spicy appetizer that was an experience on its own, juhu ki pani puri. fantastic!

girls weekend in chicago
our fantastic husbands took kid duty for the weekend so us girls could get away. we took off and spent a glorious weekend in chicago together. thanks guys!!
these photos are the infamous "bean" in millennium park. it was really a fantastic place to photograph some interesting shots.
