we tried to go to this restaurant, vermilion, several times and had issues with when it was open b/c it closes between lunch and dinner on weekdays and is only open for dinner on weekends, but finally on the third try we lucked out. it was a great indian-latino fusion flavor with great atmosphere. we definitely enjoyed the non-alcoholic cocktails.
with sudipa's assistance we tried a deliciously spicy appetizer that was an experience on its own, juhu ki pani puri. fantastic!
