i hopefully will have a photo from the 1/2 marathon to post in a few days. i have to wait for them to upload them online. but i figured i could put my stats out there for you all to see.
1/2 marathon
13.1 miles
finish time: 2:10:40
pace: 9:59/mile
overall place: 2117 out of 3534
gender place: 994 out of 2060
division place (female age 30-34): 170 out of 338
i cranked. i ran the majority of the distance and sprinted to the finish line. but i did it!! my only goal was to complete the race. i did that and blew myself away at how fast my pace was. who knew....maybe i am a runner. i recommend doing it if you can and want to feel a sense of accomplishment like no other.
