what are you doing at 6am?


here is what i have been up to the past 4 weeks at 6am 4 times a week.  although it is a tough workout...it has been a blast and i've signed up for another 6 weeks of this.  we will see what the results of my hardwork are in 2 more weeks.

then once we got there...we had to hit the tire with the sledge hammer until our partner was done doing 35 slam balls with a medicine ball.
